Operation Smile Thailand Donation

Years ago, when young Sumalee went to school in England, she would spend the holidays with her mother's sisters. She was especially close to "Auntie Peg" who was born with a cleft lip/palate. Auntie Peg's daughters, Val, Kath and Ron, have kindly written up a brief narrative of how her condition impacted her life, see photo album "Sumalee's Auntie Peg" under Photos on this page. Each year, in Thailand alone, 2000 children are born with a cleft palate or lip or both. If they are operated on early enough, there is a good chance that they will be able to escape the physical and psychological suffering that often accompanies the condition. In memory of Auntie Peg, and in Mom's spirit, YOGG is donating funds for 60 cleft palate / cleft lip operations to:https://www.facebook.com/OperationSmileThailand
